Job summary

CatalystOne Solutions AS is building an AI Hub to identify, prioritise and realise value across the business. You will shape how AI and process improvements change the way more than 250 people work, with solutions already live today.

As the AI Business Partner, you’ll lead intake with the IT Manager and partner with frontline staff to map current work, remove bottlenecks, and define what success looks like. This is a hybrid role with room to influence early-stage practice building.

Qualifications

• Experience improving business processes and delivering measurable results.
• Strong business understanding across teams and functions.
• Ability to establish baselines and measure outcomes.
• Experience working with stakeholders and navigating change.
• Curiosity about AI and practical value identification.
• Ability to discuss solutions and implementation approaches.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve work across CatalystOne and prioritise initiatives.
• Map processes, identify bottlenecks, and define baselines and success criteria.
• Collaborate with staff to understand how work is actually done and where changes are needed.
• Lead AI Champion Network and support AI adoption across the company.
• Measure outcomes and ensure adoption delivers promised value.
• Work with AI Operations Engineer to evaluate opportunities before committing.
