Job summary

IFS is seeking a Technical Presales Architect to guide enterprise customers in adopting IFS Cloud, Industrial AI and related technologies. You will act as a trusted technical advisor across architecture, security, deployment, integration, and AI capabilities to deliver long-term business value.

You will design solution architectures, lead discovery sessions, advise on platform choices (SaaS, private cloud, hybrid), and work with executives and engineers to drive customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, solution architecture, or similar customer-facing tech roles.
• Experience designing and presenting complex enterprise software solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud, integration, APIs, and security.
• Knowledge of AI technologies, LLMs, AI orchestration, and practical enterprise AI use cases.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions and architecture workshops with customers and partners.
• Design architectures aligning business needs with IFS Cloud capabilities and best practices.
• Advise on platform architecture, security frameworks, deployment models, and integration patterns.
• Guide deployment options including SaaS, private cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Demonstrate AI and automation capabilities to improve productivity and outcomes.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to evaluate technology strategies and roadmaps.
• Lead technical responses for RFPs, architecture reviews, and PoCs.
