LeoVegas Group is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to embed AI and automation across global workflows. You will map bottlenecks, redesign processes for automation readiness, and act as the bridge between business units and automation experts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in process analysis, improvement or transformation.
• Strong analytical skills with mapping and redesigning complex end-to-end workflows.
• Understanding of RPA, AI and automation capabilities (no coding required).
• Experience driving organizational change and tool adoption for BAU.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and map existing business processes end-to-end to identify inefficiencies and automation potential.
• Redesign operations to be automation-ready and AI-native before software development.
• Build data-driven business cases showing time or cost savings to secure leadership sign-off.
• Partner with technical automation teams to define requirements and prioritise the pipeline.
• Develop and execute change management and adoption strategies, including training and comms.
• Run discovery workshops with stakeholders across departments to surface opportunities.
• Define and track KPIs and report transformation progress to leadership.
