Job summary

Betsson Group in Sweden is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our Data Center of Excellence. You will design, build, and deploy AI and agentic solutions with real business impact, from LLM-driven pipelines to intelligent automation, while shaping our technical direction.

You'll own complex AI initiatives end-to-end, collaborate with stakeholders, mentor developers, and help set best practices for MLOps and production-grade AI across the organization.

Qualifications

• BSc/MSc in CS, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
• 3+ years industry experience designing, building and deploying Generative AI solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Strands or equivalent).

You'll design, build, and deploy AI and agentic solutions with real business impact, from LLM-driven pipelines to intelligent automation, while helping shape our technical direction. The Wow

You’ll be at the forefront of AI innovation in iGaming - a space where cutting-edge technology meets real-time, high-stakes decision-making. As part of our Data CoE , you’ll take ownership of complex AI initiatives end-to-end, from architecture to deployment, working closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into production-grade solutions. You’ll have the autonomy to solve hard problems independently, the platform to influence how AI is adopted across the business, and the opportunity to share your expertise with the wider team.

A taster of what you will be involved with:

Expect to independently design, build, and deploy LLM-powered pipelines and autonomous agents that solve real operational challenges from intelligent automation to advanced retrieval systems. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to scope and deliver solutions, get hands‑on with frameworks like LangChain, and help set best practices around MLOps and production‑grade AI. You’ll also have opportunities to mentor developers and contribute to internal knowledge‑sharing as part of a well‑rounded senior role.

What we are looking for:

The ideal candidate must have the following:

• BSc/MSc in CS, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field
• 3+ years industry experience designing, building and deploying Generative AI solutions
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Hands‑on experience with agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Strands or equivalent)
• Solid foundations in deep learning and foundation models
• Experience integrating and orchestrating LLM‑based pipelines end‑to‑end
• Ability to lead technical discussions, mentor junior/mid developers, and deliver internal knowledge sessions
• Familiarity with LLMOps (CI/CD pipelines, model hosting, evaluation, production monitoring)
• Good knowledge of RAG pipelines

The following are preferred but not required :

• Familiarity with cloud AI services (AWS Bedrock, Azure Open AI)
• Experience with fine‑tuning LLMs (LoRA, QLoRA)
• Experience in building advanced knowledge retrieval systems including Knowledge Graphs and Context Graphs
• Previous experience in iGaming industry
