Job summary

LeoVegas Group is seeking a hands-on AI Enablement Engineer to embed with engineering and product teams, turning AI strategy into concrete, measurable wins across our development org.

You will identify high‑impact AI use cases, prototype solutions (prompt workflows, lightweight agents, scripts, integrations), and drive adoption with a focus on production readiness and reusable patterns across teams.

Qualifications

• Staff‑Level Engineering Foundations: 8+ years of professional software engineering in distributed systems.
• Production‑Ready AI Expertise: hands‑on experience moving AI prototypes to real tools and managing costs/speed/context.
• Strategic Problem‑Solving: turn vague problems into reusable, scalable AI solutions.
• Collaboration & Communication: strong ability to work with multiple teams and align stakeholders.
• SDLC/DevOps Familiarity: knowledge of GitLab/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and source control.

Responsibilities

• Use Case Discovery: map workflows and identify high‑impact AI‑driven automation opportunities.
• Rapid Prototyping & Delivery: design and implement prompt workflows, lightweight agents, scripts, and integrations.
• Reusable Enablement Assets: create templates, playbooks, and patterns for scalable AI wins.
• Adoption & Measurement: drive adoption and tie outcomes to time saved, throughput, and speed.
• Feedback to the Platform: surface needs to AI Efficiency Architects to evolve tooling.
• Technical Mentorship & Influence: mentor engineers on AI best practices and influence roadmaps.
