Qualifications
- 5+ years in process analysis, process improvement, or business transformation.
- Strong analytical skills with mapping and redesign experience across complex workflows.
- Understanding of RPA, AI and automation technologies; no coding required.
Responsibilities
- Analyse and map end-to-end processes to identify inefficiencies and automation potential.
- Redesign operations to be optimised and ready for AI integration before engineering begins.
- Build data-driven business cases showing time and cost savings for leadership sign-off.
- Partner with automation teams to define requirements, validate feasibility, prioritise projects.
- Develop and execute change management and adoption strategies with training and comms.
- Run discovery workshops with stakeholders to surface new automation opportunities.
- Define and track KPIs for transformation initiatives and report to leadership.
