Job summary

LeoVegas is seeking a Senior HR Project Manager to join the HR Transformation team in Stockholm. You will lead end-to-end HR transformation projects, establish governance, and partner with Talent Acquisition, Reward, L&D, and People Operations to deliver value across LeoVegas Group.

The role requires 5+ years as a Project Manager with HR experience, strong stakeholder influence, and a pragmatic, commercially-driven approach in a global, fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with HR background.
• Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and conflict management in complex change.
• Strong commercial acumen and a structured, pragmatic approach to delivering business-aligned outcomes.
• Experience in a mature, fast-paced corporate environment, preferably across international locations.

Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end HR transformation projects.
• Establishing clear project management structures, timelines, risk management, and reporting via project management tools.
• Building strong relationships and managing senior stakeholders, including Directors and C-suite members.
• Connecting different HR functions for cross-team alignment and clear project visibility.
• Driving commercial HR conversations and guiding leaders through operational change and maturity initiatives.
• Escalating risks, removing blockers, and keeping deliverables on track.
