Job summary

Metso is seeking a Manager, Inventory Performance to join the Consumables (CNS) Business Area. You will raise our maturity in inventory management and run inventory performance processes across all CNS global lines, translating data analyses into actionable improvements.

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Business or Industrial Engineering and Management.
• 5+ years of inventory management experience across distribution centers, customers and manufacturing.
• Excellent mathematical skills and strong data analytics capabilities.
• Proven track record driving inventory management initiatives and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Experience applying AI/analytics to inventory optimization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive governance models, policies and processes for inventory management.
• Identify and develop AI usage in inventory management.
• Plan and coordinate initiatives like warehouse footprint changes.
• Drive supply lane optimization and maintain the inventory management roadmap.
• Participate in monthly SIOP governance and execute data analyses.
• Provide actionable business recommendations from analyses.
