Job summary

Playground Group is seeking an Account Executive to bridge Playground Data and Playground Dev. You will own full-cycle sales, from prospecting to closing, working with Product Owners and specialists to deliver value.

The role splits 50/50 between Data and Dev offerings to unlock data platforms and AI-driven solutions. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in B2B tech sales, strong data/AI knowledge, and fluency in Swedish and English.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of B2B tech sales experience.
• Comfort selling AI/Data platform solutions and services.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities across PG Data and PG Dev.
• Nurture and expand existing client accounts, spotting cross-selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with AI/Data teams (POs, Managers, Marketing) to align on opportunities.
• Lead client meetings, workshops, and solution presentations with technical experts.
• Create compelling proposals and quotes in sync with Management and Product Owners.
• Maintain a pristine CRM pipeline and coordinate with the PG Group sales team.
