Qualifications

• Professional experience in requirements engineering or systems engineering.
• Experience with requirements in aerospace.
• Ability to formulate precise, testable, and traceable requirements.
• Understanding of verification, validation, and structured development processes.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Citizenship or eligibility for NATO member country.

Responsibilities

• Gathering, analyzing, and documenting system and software requirements.
• Refining high-level needs into clear, verifiable requirements.
• Maintaining traceability between requirements, design, implementation and testing.
• Reviewing requirements for completeness, feasibility, and compliance.
• Managing changes and identifying dependencies or conflicts.
• Collaborating with customers, systems engineers, developers, testers, and other technical specialists.
