Job description

This is a full‑on summer season role at a destination resort. Service volumes are high, the menu spans several styles, and the team works closely together to keep everything moving. The ideal candidate is someone who's already done a season at a larger hotel and is comfortable moving between stations as the night demands.

What You’ll Do

• Run a la carte service across multiple stations — banquets, grill, pizza
• Support the pastry chef as needed
• Maintain quality, timing, and consistency through high‑volume service
• Work cleanly and efficiently in a busy summer kitchen
• Collaborate with the kitchen brigade on prep, mise en place, and service flow

What We’re Looking For

• Solid hotel kitchen experience is a must — at least one full season at a larger hotel
• Experience working across multiple stations (grill, pizza, banquet, pastry support)
• Speed, consistency, and a calm head during high‑volume service
• Hygiene awareness and HACCP working knowledge
• Fluent English (Swedish or another Scandinavian language is a plus)
• EU/EEA citizenship or a valid right to work in Sweden
• Available for an immediate start through to mid‑September
