## Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Assist with receiving, unloading, counting, and stocking physical inventory in the warehouse.
2. Open boxes, crates, and other containers.
3. Ensure orders are processed efficiently and that the delivery of materials meets customers’ expectations and business timelines.
4. Pick items according to the order form.
5. Inspect items to ensure they’re not damaged or faulty and adjust inventory accordingly.
6. Pack items according to specified packing guidelines.
7. Ship and fulfill customer orders in the inventory system, inputting appropriate tracking numbers and links.
8. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, inventory space, and workstations neat; sweep and vacuum as needed.
9. Organize the warehouse and work area for orderliness.
10. Wear proper safety equipment at all times.
11. Order new supplies promptly, including pre-paid shipping packaging, stationery, tissue paper, boxes, etc.
12. Constantly work to improve processes and suggest productivity improvements.
13. Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members.
14. Ensure adherence to internal delivery processes.
15. Sustain corrective actions to eliminate repeat issues.
16. Monitor and maintain stock accuracy, ensuring physical stock matches the inventory management system, and record all stock movements.
17. Be resilient, assertive, optimistic, and open to change.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
• Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments related to inventory.

Qualifications, knowledge, and experience:

• High school degree.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
