Role Overview:

The Logistics Executive manages daily logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery, optimizing transportation, and overseeing warehouse activities across all product categories. The role involves interaction with internal teams, third-party providers, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth, compliant, and cost-efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Logistics Operations Management: Monitor shipments, coordinate with logistics providers, ensure timely deliveries, manage store deliveries, returns, stock transfers, and oversee warehouse inbound/outbound operations.
  2. Compliance and Documentation: Secure shipping documents, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate with clearance agents, and adhere to policies.
  3. Financial and Performance Reporting: Prepare performance reports, verify vendor invoices, and report disruptions or incidents.
  4. Operational Effectiveness: Protect assets, manage inventory, and ensure policy compliance for operational efficiency.
Qualifications, Experience, & Skills:
  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 3-6 years in logistics and supply chain, preferably in retail, with experience in air and sea freight handling.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, SAP or similar ERP, strong analytical skills.
  • Key Competencies: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, excellent communication in English and Arabic, results-driven.
