Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in oil and gas refining/petrochemical industries.
  • Experience with Saudi Aramco and GCC countries preferred. Overseas GCC experience is required.
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant management software.
  • Age not more than 35 years old.

Job Description:
  1. Coordinate and manage all permits required for travel, transportation, and site access, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
  2. Prepare and submit applications, and follow up on approvals for necessary permits (e.g., transport, worksite, environmental).
  3. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to arrange logistics services.
  4. Ensure transportation arrangements meet safety standards and policies.
  5. Coordinate logistics activities and serve as a point of contact for internal teams, contractors, and third-party providers.
  6. Provide administrative support to the logistics department, including reports, files, and documentation.
  7. Ensure all logistics activities, including permits and transportation, comply with company policies, legal requirements, and safety regulations.
