Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service and create delicious beverages, such as coffees, lattes, cappuccinos and teas.
The Barista will be responsible for the quality of drinks served to customers, as well as maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages including specialty coffees, teas, lattes and cappuccinos
• Follow recipes accurately to ensure a consistent product is served each time
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety regulations and cleaning procedures
• Monitor inventories of items used in beverages such as syrups, creamers, sugars and other products necessary for beverage preparation
• Adhere to all food safety regulations while preparing beverages (including proper hygiene practices)
• Greet customers upon arrival; assist them with orders; provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
• Take customer orders accurately using the POS system or cash register; process payments efficiently according to the company's standards.
