The Facility Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of non-clinical facilities operations, including environmental services, maintenance, housekeeping, transportation coordination, and support services. You will monitor facility conditions, ensure adherence to safety and infection control standards, and support regulatory readiness. Responsibilities include coordinating preventive maintenance, supervising front-line supervisors, and ensuring adequate staffing and training for frontline teams. You’ll collaborate with clinical leadership to optimize space utilization, assist with move-ins/move-outs, and support discharge planning logistics. You’ll manage vendor relationships, contract compliance, and procurement for essential services, while controlling costs and maintaining asset inventory. The role requires hands-on problem solving, strong organizational skills, and a customer-service orientation to residents, families, and staff. Data-driven decision making, incident reporting, and continuous improvement activities will be central to maintaining a safe, efficient, and resident-centered facility environment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Educations and Certificates:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, health administration, or a related field
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of facility operations experience in healthcare or similar settings; prior supervisory experience is recommended.
- Familiarity with environmental services, maintenance, housekeeping, and basic safety programs in licensed facilities.
