Job Purpose
The Programs Unit within Qiddiya Investment Company is dedicated to initiating, planning, executing, and monitoring high-impact programs that align with the strategic objectives of the organization. The Manager of Programs will play a critical role in leading the design, development, and implementation of innovative programs that enhance operational efficiency, stakeholder engagement, and overall project success.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Knowledge, Qualifications & Skills required
Essential (must have to perform the role)
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
· 7+ years of experience in program management, project management, or related fields with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
