We are hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize performance marketing for our fast-growing e-commerce business, with a strong focus on Snapchat Ads Meta Google tiktok

This role is execution-driven and measured by CPA, ROAS, and daily performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run and optimize campaigns on Snapchat, Meta, and Google Ads
  • Monitor daily spend, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
  • Scale winners and pause underperforming ads
  • Ensure each product/category has separate ad sets
  • Coordinate with the content team for creatives
  • Update performance daily in ClickUp
  • Identify website or tracking issues and report them
  • Provide short, clear performance reports
Requirements
  • Strong Snapchat Ads experience (mandatory)
  • E-commerce performance marketing background
  • Understanding of CPA, ROAS, retargeting
  • Comfortable with ClickUp and reporting
  • Fast execution and accountability

This is a performance role, not a branding or content-only job.

Proven expertise in web analytics and online marketing.

Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Zid, or Salla, preferably within a retail environment.

Strong familiarity with digital marketing trends, tools, and performance tracking.

Prior experience in the e-commerce or retail sector within Saudi Arabia is a plus.
