Job description

Logistics Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations for consumer electronics products, ensuring secure handling of high-value inventory, accurate tracking of serialized items, and timely distribution to retailers, distributors, and end customers. The role focuses on operational efficiency, loss prevention and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of consumer electronics products
  • Ensure strict adherence to handling standards for fragile and high-value items
  • Manage secure storage areas for premium and serialized products
  • Optimize warehouse layout to support fast-moving SKUs and new product launches
  • Implement SOPs to minimize damages, pilferage, and handling errors
  • Maintain 100% inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical stock audits
  • Investigate stock variances, damages, returns (DOA), and refurbishment stocks
  • Manage inbound logistics from manufacturers, suppliers, and ports of entry
  • Plan outbound deliveries to retail stores, distributors, e-commerce partners, and service centers
  • Coordinate with transporters for secure and timely deliveries
  • Ensure proper documentation for shipments, returns, and warranty-related movements
  • Oversee reverse logistics including customer returns, DOA units, repairs, and warranty replacements
  • Coordinate with service centers for repair, refurbishment, or scrap processing
  • Lead and supervise warehouse supervisors, storekeepers, and logistics staff
  • Train teams on product handling, serial tracking, and security protocols
  • Monitor productivity, accuracy, and compliance with SOPs
  • Enforce discipline, accountability, and safety standards
