Overview

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, produce, and cook breakfast pastries, breads, rolls, some desserts, and pizza.
  • Decorate and display finished items.
  • Ensure all baked products are stored and packaged correctly.
  • Maintain records related to distributions, stock, and production levels.
  • Clean and restock workstations and ensure all equipment is sanitized.
  • Examine the quality of raw materials before baking to ensure conformance to set requirements.
  • Keep the kitchen clean and sterilized at all times.
  • Demonstrate solid communication, time, and resource management.
  • Demonstrate good planning skills.
  • Maintain an organized and clean work area.
  • Assist the team with preparation and execution of tasks.
  • Ideally with Gulf experience.
