A leading automotive company in Dammam seeks a proactive sales professional to manage fleet parts sales. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, ensuring timely delivery to customers, and maintaining sales records. Ideal candidates should have a diploma, experience in parts sales, strong time management skills, and proficiency in Arabic and English.
Responsible in delivering fleet parts sales by engaging with Fleet customers, executing daily operations, and ensuring timely delivery—contributing to fleet parts sales targets, customer satisfaction, and overall business growth while following company standards and maintaining ALJ’s brand image
Achieve Parts Fleet net sales target
Handel the discounts authority based on
Ensure sustainable sales growth utilizing the market size and potential of the fleet customers
Ensure on time and prompt delivery of parts to end user

Daily monitoring
Execute daily outdoor parts sales activities to fleet customers by receiving and delivering orders, visiting industrial areas (e.g., puncture shops), and ensuring an efficient sales process in alignment with the business plan and Sales SOP.
Regular fi eld visit to fleet key & Base account to conduct parts business marketing activities
Follow up with fleet customers and digital transformation team to create their cash or credit account
Follow up with fleet credit customers to collect the due balance on time to avoid overdue and keep sales running.
Share the market feedback with operation team to take the necessary actions
Holding and managing the fl oat amount he has as per SOP to facilities cash sales.
Maintain business vehicle by doing periodic maintenance as well keeping valid ISTMARA, recording book, accident claims
Monitoring the market and raising the flag if there are any abnormalities.
Receive and refund money on behalf of the fleet customers with SOP
Diploma
Preferred one year experience in parts sales or similar field
