UXBERT Labs is one of the best digital and user experience design agencies in the GCC, working with major regional and international brands such as STC, Amazon, Gucci, and more. UXBERT Labs is part of the Supertech Group, which also includes Hala Yalla, Saudi’s #1 private event ticketing and experience platform, and Kafu Games, the largest esports tournament platform in MENA.

We are seeking a talented candidate to provide EA cross-domain/discipline governance, assurance, architecture frameworks, and internal consultancy across all our digital solutions to benefit our clients.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing and delivering the development of an implementation plan for enterprise architecture that is cross-domain and cross-functional, aligned with business and IT strategies.
  2. Promoting the business value of EA as an enabler of strategy and innovation, supporting organizational growth.
  3. Establishing EA as a service (EA-as-a-Service) to drive adoption across sectors and disciplines.
  4. Executing the enterprise architecture plan based on business and digital strategies, with the ability to build business cases for funding.
  5. Assessing architecture maturity, conducting gap analysis, and supporting management and consultancy activities.
  6. Building architecture libraries of capabilities, skills, and technology inventory; planning to close skills gaps.
  7. Designing effective organizations using value streams and system models.
  8. Overseeing EA practices, governance, continuous improvement, and portfolio management activities.
  9. Documenting architecture artifacts and analyzing their value through ROI and benefits.
  10. Supporting solution architecture needs within the team.
  11. Collaborating with technology leadership to build relationships and deliver digital projects.

Qualifications and experience required:

  • Experience with information management, SDLC, ITSM, agile/lean methodologies, infrastructure, EA, and ITIL frameworks.
  • Knowledge of TOGAF 9, Zachman, and NORA frameworks.
  • Experience with scalable enterprise-level agile methodologies.
  • Understanding of emerging technologies and processing environments.
  • Ability to balance strategic and operational decision-making, applying business capability and value stream thinking.
  • Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Understanding of AI applications in business.
  • Ability to translate business needs into EA requirements.
  • Knowledge of Customer Value Management.
  • Cross-domain and cross-functional solution experience.
  • Quick learner of new technologies.
  • Ability to balance foundational and innovative EA efforts.
  • Knowledge of ecosystems, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, APIs, microservices, event-driven IT, analytics, mobile, RPA, ERP systems.
  • Exceptional soft skills, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of digital service components and business process engineering.
  • 13+ years of strategic/business experience, and 10+ years in architecture or related disciplines.
  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
