Job Title: Service Engineer - Electrical

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Experience: 5 to 7 years in leading and managing service jobs, utility electrical assets

Major Objectives of the Job: Key responsibilities include testing & commissioning electrical equipment, managing end-to-end service delivery to meet customer expectations while aligning scope, cost, schedule, compliance, quality, resource management, and profitability with business objectives.

Customers: All utility customers, including ARAMCO, SABIC, MAADEN, etc.

Principals/Suppliers: INHOUSE ELECTRICAL SERVICES.

Main Responsibilities: Performing testing of electrical assets using in-house resources.

Key Result Areas & KPIs:

1. Customer & Market: Services delivered on time, within scope and budget, with complete documentation and customer sign-off. Customer feedback and operational acceptance are essential.
2. Finance & Impact: Adherence to budgets, timely project completion, accurate documentation, customer satisfaction surveys, and financial reporting.
3. Service Management Process: Timely reporting, risk management, and communication.
4. Project Human Resources Management: Managing resources efficiently, performance reviews, and staff training.
5. Process & Innovation: Conducting service reviews, documenting lessons learned, and sharing best practices.
6. Process Compliance: Ensuring adherence to policies, safety, and regulatory standards.
7. Self-Development: Engaging in ongoing training and skill enhancement.

Authority: As per management policies.

Qualifications: Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
