The Role

We are looking for a BI Analyst to support Faheem’s reporting and analytics needs by building scalable reporting infrastructure and live dashboards across multiple departments (e.g., Sales, Suppliers, and other business units).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reporting infrastructure to support live dashboards and real-time reporting across business units.
• Develop and manage dashboards using Tableau or Power BI, ensuring accuracy, performance, and usability.
• Work with Excel-based datasets and transform them into structured, report-ready formats.
• Write and optimize basic SQL queries to extract, validate, and prepare data for reporting.
• Own and support ETL processes in a high-touch environment, ensuring data pipelines are actively monitored, refined, and improved.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments (Sales, Supply, Operations, etc.) to understand reporting needs and translate them into dashboards and reports.
• Support data automation and reporting improvements using Python or JavaScript.
• Ensure reporting outputs are consistent, reliable, and aligned with business KPIs.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of proven experience as a BI Analyst or in a similar analytics/reporting role
• Strong experience with Tableau or Power BI (mandatory).
• Good working knowledge of Excel for reporting and dataset handling.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL and query writing.
• Proven experience in ETL workflows.
• Experience with at least one scripting language: Python or JavaScript.
• Background in a product-based company, ideally B2C or marketplace.
• Comfortable working in modern data environments, including low code/ “vibe coding” workflows
