ABOUT THE ROLE / ROLE OVERVIEW

The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering business requirements and documentation activities for procurement-related initiatives, while engaging with governmental entities. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to contribute to requirements gathering sessions, and translate business needs into clear documentation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for procurement-related initiatives.
  • Participate and support requirements gathering by meeting with governmental entities and internal stakeholders.
  • Support analysis of procurement processes in alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
  • Review, validate, and maintain requirements documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure alignment of deliverables with public sector standards, policies, and processes.
Requirements
Education / Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience
  • 3–4 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Good understanding of procurement processes and related business workflows.
  • Experience in the public sector is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SAP MM, SAP Ariba, or SAP SRM is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and/or SAP Activate framework is a plus.
