Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Associate P&PM Analyst Provides support in planning and performance management P&PM analytical activities under the close supervision of senior P&PM staff and supervisors.

Key Responsibilities

• Support other Planning & Performance Management P&PM analysts in developing analytical findings and recommendations related to routine P&PM tasks, including business plan preparation, performance tracking and measurement, performance analysis, and accountability reporting.
• Conduct ad-hoc studies on various topics such as business case analysis, internal and external benchmarking, risk analysis, company financial analysis, corporate processes and workflows, and the development of digital and AI-driven process improvements in the P&PM domain.
• Prepare reports and presentations covering standard P&PM activities.
• Provide analytical support to senior personnel across the organization’s objectives and deliverables.

Minimum Requirements

Educational Background

A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 2.5 out of 4

Experience Required

Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience with demonstrated knowledge and understanding of management accounting and finance.

Skills Required

• Flexible and capable of working both independently and collaboratively to manage a diverse range of tasks.
• Able to produce high-quality written reports and presentations.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required.
• Familiarity with database applications, data management tools, and data communication and presentation tools is beneficial.

Certification Required

Professional certification (e.g., CMA, CFA, CPA) is advantageous.

Work Schedule

Full Time – 40h schedule per week
