The role requires strong communication skills in Arabic and English, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (retail or marketing agency).
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate evaluation.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

  • Utilize various sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in developing and promoting the employer brand through recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and prepare recruitment reports as needed.
