A leading service provider in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Maintenance Planner to oversee and schedule maintenance activities using IBM Maximo. Responsibilities


  • Plan and schedule maintenance activities for all services and simulate schedules using IBM Maximo.

  • Initiate maintenance Work Orders after approval and follow up until proper closure.

  • Coordinate with all service teams to support maintenance procedures and execution.

  • Collect feedback from executed work orders and ensure accurate system closure.

  • Maintain and organize closed work orders and historical maintenance records.

  • Update asset data including locations, equipment, and system information in Maximo.

  • Coordinate between store/materials and work orders to ensure availability of required spare parts.

  • Apply and audit company policies and procedures during work order execution.

  • Modify and update the Preventive Maintenance (PM) Master Plan based on supervisor requests.

  • Generate and provide maintenance reports and analysis to support service performance studies and decision-making.


Education & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).

  • Experience in maintenance planning and work control.

  • Strong knowledge of CMMS systems, preferably IBM Maximo.

  • Good understanding of maintenance processes and preventive maintenance strategies.

  • Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to prepare reports and analyze maintenance data.
