Job summary

Progressive in Saudi Arabia seeks a Wellsite Leader to drive safe, efficient, and compliant wellsite operations across Well Testing, Flowback, CT, Frac, and Re-Intervention activities. You will serve as the primary interface between the client, service providers, and field teams.

The role demands strong leadership, exceptional communication, and the ability to coordinate multiple service lines in high-activity environments while upholding SAWCOD and HSE standards.

Qualifications

• 10-12+ years of experience in wellsite operations and leadership.
• Experience coordinating multiple service lines in high-activity environments.
• IWCF Level 4 and/or IADC OGO Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate wellsite operations including Well Testing, Flowback, CT, Frac, and Re-Intervention activities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client representatives and onsite stakeholders.
• Coordinate multiple service lines to ensure safe and efficient execution of operations.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, permit-to-work systems, SAWCOD procedures, and client standards.
• Lead daily operational meetings, communicate priorities, and provide operational updates.
• Manage operational risks, resolve onsite issues, and minimize non-productive time.
• Review operational reports and ensure accurate documentation and communication.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to field personnel and service providers.

Job description

The Wellsite Leader is responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant execution of wellsite operations, serving as the primary interface between the client, service providers, and field teams. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and multi-service coordination skills across well testing and well intervention activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate wellsite operations including Well Testing, Flowback, Coiled Tubing (CT), Hydraulic Fracturing (Frac), and Re-Intervention activities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client representatives and onsite stakeholders.
• Coordinate multiple service lines to ensure safe and efficient execution of operations.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, permit-to-work systems, SAWCOD procedures, and client standards.
• Lead daily operational meetings, communicate priorities, and provide operational updates.
• Manage operational risks, resolve onsite issues, and minimize non-productive time.
• Review operational reports and ensure accurate documentation and communication.

Requirements

• 10-12+ years of experience in one or more of the following disciplines:
  • Well Intervention / Re-Intervention
  • Hydraulic Fracturing (Frac)
  • Coiled Tubing (CT)
  • Flowback / Well Testing
• Previous experience in a Wellsite Leader, Wellsite Coordinator, Service Coordinator, Well Testing Supervisor, or similar leadership role.
• Experience coordinating multiple service lines in high-activity wellsite environments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
• Saudi Aramco / SAWCOD / Saudi Uncovnentional experience preferred.
• IWCF Level 4 and/or IADC OGO certification preferred.
