Job summary

Technogym is seeking a Creative Wellness Design Specialist to implement interior design for gym spaces, delivering 2D & 3D layouts and supervising on-site construction. You will ensure the brand presents an exclusive, premium image and collaborate with a wide designer network.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years’ experience in a multinational matrix organization, a degree in Architecture/Interior Design, and fluency in English. Strong CAD and 3D tool proficiency is a must.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture/Interior Design is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar multinational role.
• English fluency in writing and speaking; another language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement interior design features of gym spaces and project work.
• Create 2D & 3D graphics layouts; conduct on-site visits to supervise construction.
• Ensure brand image is exclusive and premium in all layouts.
• Design Wellness Area per project rules of Wellness Design and collaborate with designers network.
• Manage contacts with customers’ architects for interior renovations.
• Develop new outfitting concepts and improve the Interior Design service.
• Increase layouts in each commercial offer and help measure customer satisfaction.

Your Role

We are looking for a creative Wellness Design Specialist, who will be in charge of implementing the interior design features of the gym spaces, in direct contact with customers. In this role, you will implement projects and 2D & 3D graphics layouts, and make on-site visits to supervise construction.

As this is a crucial service, you will be responsible for ensuring that the brand image and positioning comes across as exclusive and premium.

Your Impact

• Design the Wellness Area according to project rules of Wellness Design
• Define of guidelines in cooperation with the internal and external resources that make up the designers network
• Manage contacts with customers’ architects to oversee the interior renovation of gym spaces
• Create new outfitting concepts
• Improve the Interior Design service both qualitatively and quantitatively, using advanced techniques and increasing the number of served and satisfied customers
• Increase the number of layouts in each commercial offer
• Develop the customer satisfaction measurement system
• Use your industry knowledge and expertise (wellness, fitness and Technogym products) to create a thoughtful layout for the end-user experience

About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You are a leader, with strong teamwork and an entrepreneurial approach.

What you should bring:

• 3-5 years' experience in similar role in a multinational matrix organization
• Degree in Architecture/Interior Design
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, and another language would be a plus
• Proven experience in similar roles
• Excellent knowledge of the main IT tools and confidence in using Autocad, 2D & 3D, PCon Planner, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of Cinema 4D and 3DS MAX is desirable
• Proven experience in project management.
• Ability to work towards goals
