WSP Global Inc. seeks a highly experienced Civil Inspector to manage on-site civil activities for Water transmission and water network projects. You will ensure conformance with design specs, regulatory requirements, safety, and quality during construction.

The role emphasizes project management, site supervision, and design review, requiring strong communication and leadership to liaise with clients, contractors, and authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5–10 years of site supervision experience, focusing on water pipelines or IWTP projects.
• PE license or eligibility for licensure is required or preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and techniques.

Responsabilités

• Manage and oversee civil activities from inception to completion.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, design specs, codes and regulations.
• Conduct QA/QC inspections and audits; document non-conformities and resolutions.
• Review site documentation, drawings and method statements for feasibility.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects and regulators; report progress to management.
• Perform site visits to monitor progress, quality and safety; provide technical guidance.
