Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Warehouse Sr Coord in الدمام for a full-time on-site role. The candidate will manage day-to-day warehouse operations, coordinate with Agro, engineering, and QFS teams, and ensure timely reporting and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Strong English, analytical skills, and cross-functional collaboration are essential. Two-year supply chain experience and a degree in Commerce, Finance, or technical field are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up with AGRO for day-to-day plan for offloading potato consignments and manage cold store operation in coordination with Agro, Engineering, QFS team.
  • Monthly circulate IMPM report to planning and finance for liquidation plan for slow moving materials (IMPM).
  • Weekly prepare ageing report and follow for online rejection and quality rejected materials with quality and planning department.
  • Follow quarterly calibration of weigh bridges, oil tanks, and potato equipment (bunkers, etc).
  • Uploading Incident & Near miss report, CAPA on MYEHS with effective action plans for any incident or near miss.
  • Follow up for daily internal transfer execution between plants & production team.
  • Weekly perform PO status report to ensure utilities covered.
  • Follow for supplier invoices and payments end to end for services provided by suppliers.
  • Reviewing all movements in SAP by performing weekly test script.
  • Monthly non-moving for packaging materials report aligned with planning.
  • Daily basis acknowledge and review documents proceeded by storekeeper/Store clerk following I2C process.
  • Compliance PIT procedure with FLT operators and manage Waste Management per requirements.
  • Follow with forklift technician for pre-maintenance of the FLT.
  • Monthly timesheet for contract labor reviews and submit to HR.
  • SWP implementation for warehouse workflows.
  • Safety & forklift yearly trainings schedule for crew to comply with training matrix.
  • Ensuring daily and monthly reports including KPI, Quality Hold, Month End Closing are updated timely.
  • Ensuring optimum space utilization of the warehouse at all times.
  • Follow-up shift activities and ensure inbound/outbound flow per procedures and policies.
  • Orientation for new SKUs and applications to warehouse crew, including updates.
  • Maintaining Food Safety standards and aligning with team daily.
  • Tracking KPI daily to ensure productivity targets.
  • Equipment inspected and issues coordinated with Engineering for breakdowns.
  • Weekly plan and resource allocation for production and sales needs.
  • Audit requirements including COSO test effectiveness.
  • Tracking Quality HOLD materials and coordinating with Quality team end-to-end.
  • Daily/monthly inventory tracking and root-cause analysis for variances.
  • SIT reviews monthly and communication with concerned plants.
  • Pre-shift meetings to allocate tasks with updates.
  • Execute tasks delivered by management within deadlines.
  • Comply with AIB standards for warehouse cleanliness and documentation.
  • Participate in projects to improve warehouse safety and hygiene.

  • Making sure of all equipment used in proper way by doing inspection and making sure check list has been followed and aligning with Engineering team for any breakdown issues.
  • Preparing the Weekly plan and assign responsibilities/resources to cover production and sales requirement.
  • Ensuring to Comply with all audit requirements including COSO test effectiveness.
  • Tracking all Quality HOLD materials and communicating with Quality team for the process end to end effectiveness.
  • Daily and monthly inventory followed and if any variance found tracking the route cause.
  • SIT review on Monthly basis and communicate to the concern Plants.
  • Preform pre shift meeting to allocate daily task with necessary updates.
  • Execute important tasks delivered by management within the time frame.
  • Comply with AIB standards in order to sustain superior rating by following warehouse daily cleaning and review of documentation.
  • Involving in all allocated projects for the development of warehouse to make the warehouse a safe and hygienic place following QFS policies and procedures.
  • Execute and follow for the entire write offs for the disposal.
  • Daily basis following on all Pending tasks for offloading & loading.
  • Follow-up with Eng, Team for equipment Services & yearly PM maintenance for all equipment’s.
  • Follow up for the Mock recall timeline tracking receiving until issuances to production to make the Mock recall effective.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum two years in supply chain role with experience in cross-functional positions preferably in warehouse business. Additional experience in a Food manufacturing-based organization, allowing the candidate to apply solutions across the whole supply chain is an advantage
  • Learn and understand the business vision and openly and consistently follow it.
  • Quick adaptability to new technologies and deal to improve technical skills
  • Holding a degree in Commerce, Finance or Technical studies.
  • Qualification in supply chain / warehousing management
  • A self-motivated and leader ship personality with the ability to identify, initiate and implement corrective actions.
  • Highly effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Broad planning and cross-functional understanding.
  • Good English (spoken and written) is a must.
  • Work with motivation, enthusiasm and ability to work with supervision.
