Job summary

Aluminum International Co. (ALINCO) is seeking a warehouse professional to manage receipt, storage, inventory control, and shipment of finished products.

You will ensure accurate records, proper handling, and timely order preparation for the main branch or customers. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics, plus strong Excel and ERP skills and good English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and product handling.
• Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive finished products from the Production Department.
• Inspect and count products before storing them in the warehouse and ensure they are in good condition.
• Organize and store products according to approved warehouse procedures for easy access and proper protection.
• Maintain accurate records of product movement and inventory.
• Prepare and process transfer requests for shipping products to the main branch in Riyadh.
• Prepare customer orders and coordinate with transportation companies to ensure on-time delivery.
• Verify that shipped quantities match invoices and delivery documents before dispatch.
• Conduct periodic and annual inventory counts.
