Job summary

PPOAR in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, seeks a skilled Waiter for an Indian restaurant to take orders, serve meals and drinks, and ensure superb service. Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a waiter in an Indian restaurant.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Friendly personality with strong customer service skills
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner
• Take accurate orders from customers
• Serve food and drinks promptly
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or requests
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and ensure tables are properly set up
• Upsell menu items and promote special offers
• Handle payments accurately
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
