Job summary

Apparel Group in Jeddah is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to develop and communicate visual concepts that promote our brand, products and services in-store. The role includes coaching store teams in merchant-based visual merchandising and managing daily, weekly, and seasonal tasks.

The position requires coordinating store displays, developing floor plans, arranging merchandise and signage, and capturing change through photos.

Responsibilities

• Brand identity and presentation standards applied in windows and in-store.
• Coordinate store displays in line with brand guidelines and strategy.
• Develop floor plans and maximize visual impact.
• Arrange merchandise, signage, fixtures and in-store layout.
• Photograph every merchandise display change.
• Use creative lighting for windows.
• Maximize placement of new lines; remerchandise with trends.
• Create store layouts by category and ensure proper merchandising.
• Collect reviews and feedback of merchandise.
• Work with operations and brand management to boost sales.
• Collaborate with VM Manager and sales team to meet goals.
• Involve in pre-opening of stores and ensure brand standards.
• Research current market trends and lifestyle.

Position Objective

• The position is responsible to develop, deliver and communicate visual concepts and promote the brand, products and services in-store.
• Train and coach the store team to perform merchant based visual merchandising and manage the daily, weekly and seasonal tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Image – Ensure that the brand identity and presentation standards in both windows and in-store are achieved consistently by creating eye‑catching displays while incorporating commercial sales opportunities.

• Implements the brand specific visual merchandising standards.
• Coordinating store display in line with brand guidelines and strategy.
• Developing floor plans and maximizing visual impact.
• Arranges merchandise, signage, fixtures and in‑store layout guide.
• Taking photographs of every change done in the merchandise display.
• Make use of creative lighting for windows.
• Maximizing placement of new lines, remerchandising the store when new trends build.
• Creates layout of the store according to its categories.
• Ensures proper merchandising of the items.
• Collect review and feedback of the merchandise.
• Working closely with the operations and brand management team to increase sales.
• Working with VM Manager and sales team to achieve commercial goals.
• Involve in pre‑opening of the stores and timely visit to ensure that brand’s standard are properly implemented and followed.
• Conduct research of the current market trends and lifestyle.
