Job Purpose: The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for creating and maintaining visually compelling retail environments that reflect the brand identity, enhance the customer experience, and drive sales performance. This role ensures consistent implementation of visual merchandising standards across stores while adapting displays to local markets, campaigns, and commercial priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards across all assigned stores in line with brand guidelines.
• Execute window displays, in-store layouts, planograms, and promotional setups.
• Ensure product presentation enhances storytelling, seasonality, and key launches.
• Maintain high standards of store appearance, cleanliness, and visual consistency.

Brand & Customer Experience

• Translate brand identity into impactful in-store visuals that elevate the customer journey.
• Ensure visual displays support luxury positioning and brand storytelling.
• Work closely with retail teams to ensure visual standards are maintained daily.
• Align visual merchandising with commercial objectives, sales targets, and promotional calendars.
• Optimize product placement to drive sell-through, cross-selling, and impulse purchases.
• Support new store openings, refurbishments, and re-merchandising projects.

Training & Store Support

• Train store teams on visual merchandising standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits, providing feedback and improvement plans.
• Act as a visual merchandising ambassador across the retail network.

Coordination & Planning

• Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Retail Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
• Support seasonal campaigns, product launches, and special events.
• Ensure timely execution of VM guidelines and visual rollouts.

Reporting & Compliance

• Monitor implementation quality and report on visual standards compliance.
• Document best practices and share visual updates with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure health, safety, and operational standards are respected in all displays.
