Position Summary

The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for managing and guiding the sales team to achieve company targets, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure high standards of performance and service delivery.

This role requires a proactive leader with a strong commercial mindset, capable of analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth within the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales performance, identify opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales data, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvement actions.
  • Ensure the proper execution of sales strategies, product placements, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to maintain adequate stock levels and timely deliveries.
  • Support the team in negotiating deals, resolving client issues, and handling escalations professionally.
  • Train and develop new sales representatives to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and customer service standards.
  • Report regularly to the Sales Manager and contribute to strategic sales planning.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales supervision, preferably within FMCG or retail distribution.
  • Proven experience in team management, target achievement, and market expansion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate performance metrics and market data.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with ERP or CRM systems.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel within assigned territories.
