Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Surveyor.
• Strong knowledge of land surveying techniques, procedures, and equipment.
• Experience with valuation methods and software such as ArcGIS or AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveys of land and property using GPS, total stations, and aerial imagery.
• Collect data on terrain, boundaries, structures, utilities, and other features.
• Analyze survey data to determine precise measurements and create detailed maps.
• Use valuation methods to determine the worth of land or property.
• Prepare reports outlining survey findings, including valuations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Keep accurate records of all surveys conducted.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
