Make digital interaction and experience as simple and appealing as possible for end users, supporting the specificities for the local market.

Accountabilities

• Make digital interaction and experience as simple and appealing as possible for end users, supporting the specificities for the local market.
• Collect and analyze usage data, testing various components of the user interactions and experience, understanding and assessing the expected behavior of end users.
• Create attractive and highly-functional user interfaces for the customers, through the web.
• Facilitate website optimization by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences for the web and mobile.
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces supporting the commercial priorities and local needs.
• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
• Collaborate and provide inputs to global stakeholders, in order to improve the front-end experience as upstream as possible.

Qualifications and Experiences

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science / IT or any related field.
• Experience in Web Design using HTML/CSS and creating appealing web pages and content.
• Experience working with wireframing tools.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively organize, prioritize and manage a high-volume of assignments.
• Demonstrated conceptual and logical abilities; proven ability to think creatively as well as strategically and tactically.
• Experienced in communicating in English, with various audiences both verbally and in writing.
