Job summary

HAK Engineering is seeking an accomplished urban planner to lead the preparation of urban and regional planning studies and master plans in Jeddah. The role emphasizes analyzing land use, developing compliant master plans, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Urban Planning with 12+ years in the field; a Master's is preferred. Strong GIS, reporting, and presentation skills are required to communicate findings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Town Planning, or Regional Planning is required.
• Master's degree in Urban Planning or Urban Development preferred.
• 12+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare urban and regional planning studies and master plans.
• Analyze land use and urban data and recommend planning solutions.
• Develop structural and detailed plans in compliance with regulations and planning standards.

Prepare and develop urban planning studies and plans and analyze spatial data and land use and propose planning solutions that support sustainable and balanced urban development. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations standards and technical requirements while contributing to the delivery of high-quality consulting services and achieving client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare urban and regional planning studies and master plans
• Analyze land use and urban data and recommend appropriate planning solutions
• Develop structural and detailed plans in compliance with applicable regulations and planning standards
• Coordinate with project teams and relevant stakeholders to ensure integrated project deliverables
• Review planning outputs to ensure quality accuracy and compliance before submission
• Comply with company policies quality procedures and applicable regulations
• Contribute to the development of planning solutions that support sustainable urban development

Qualifications & Experience
