Job summary

Bupa Arabia is seeking an Orthopaedic Surgeon with a focus on the upper limb to join our ICC clinic in Saudi Arabia on a part-time, in-person basis. Qualifications

• 3 years minimum in upper limb orthopaedic clinical practice.
• Medical degree from an accredited school with orthopaedic specialization.
• Board-certified in Orthopaedic Surgery with subspecialty credentials.
• Fellowship in Upper Limb, Hand or Wrist surgery preferred.
• Active Saudi Commission for Health Specialties registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialised upper limb care in-person during part-time clinic sessions.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand conditions.
• Coordinate with full-time teams for continuity of care between sessions.
• Develop evidence-based management plans including non-operative and pre/post-operative workups.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Advise and refer for imaging or procedures as indicated; engage in value-based care.
