Qualifications

Experience designing and delivering induction, service excellence, leadership and operational training programs.
Strong facilitation, presentation, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent command of English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the resort’s Learning & Development strategy aligned with ultra-luxury standards and CLP culture.
Manage annual/monthly training calendars across all departments and coordinate learning activities.
Monitor training quality, assess impact, and drive improvements with KPIs and dashboards.
Lead onboarding, Train-the-Trainer programs, and readiness activities for pre-opening teams.
Ensure compliance, reporting, and readiness for all mandatory training and certifications.
