Job summary

GDC Middle East is seeking personnel to perform non-rated crewmember duties in the UH-60M aircraft and related simulation devices. The role includes participating in flight training instruction and ensuring training records are kept in accordance with regulations.

You will engage in preflight/ postflight briefings, after-action reviews, and day-to-day coordination with customers to support mission readiness. This position requires adaptability to desert environments and night operations.

Qualifications

• Experience performing duties as a non-rated crewmember (NRCM).
• Familiarity with flight training manuals and safety procedures.
• Ability to document and track training status and records.

Responsibilities

• Perform NRCM duties on UH-60M aircraft and related simulators.

• Assist in mission training under varied environmental conditions.

• Provide training input to weekly Production Control and Operations meetings.

Job description

Job Requirements:

Responsible for performing duties as a non-rated crewmember (NRCM) in the UH-60M Aircraft and supporting simulation device(s)). Provides non-rated crewmember duties on all flight tasks in accordance with the MNG-AVN Aircrew Training Manual (ATM). Participates in academic instruction in support of flight training on all applicable topics. Participates in preflight briefing, post flight debriefing, and after-action reviews (AAR) to ensure crewmembers have a thorough comprehension of the training conducted. May assist the NRCM Instructors in maintaining flight training records in accordance with appropriate MNG-AVN regulations and local guidance. Perform other duties as required by the supervisors and the Director Brigade Flight Training.

Major Duties and Responsibilites:

1. 1. Performs duties as a non-rated crewmember in the UH-60M Aircraft in accordance with the MNG-AVN UH-60M ATM and specific unit ATP guidelines.
2. 2. Participate in the NRCM Training Program in accordance with customer guidance.
3. 3. Verify and confirm that all required flight training publications are current and complete.
4. 4. Conduct individual tasks during day, night, and night vision goggle (NVG), and instrument flight rules (IFR).
5. 5. Assist the FI/SIs with the NRCM program through realistic mission training under local environmental conditions to include dust landings and weather specific desert (and other environmental tasks as required) training.
6. 6. Attend meetings as required with Customer(s).
7. 7. Recommend aviation NRCM appointments to customer leadership.
8. 8. As a member of the Aviation Safety Council, attend regularly scheduled Aviation Safety Council meetings as required.
9. 9. Attend and provide training and mission planning input to the weekly Production Control and Operations meeting.
10. 10. Responsible for providing direct interface and daily status reports as required between staff for training status, mission assignments, mission planning, and crew status.
