Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your experience in Project Planning Management, Leadership, and Scheduling expertise in a Railway Turnkey Project. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates. You’ll play a pivotal role in leading, coordinating, and controlling all planning and scheduling activities for a multidisciplinary and complex railway turnkey project, ensuring seamless integration across subsystems such as Trackworks, Turnouts & Switches, Power Supply, Signalling, Telecoms, Platform Screen Doors, and more. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, procurement, and construction teams), develop and optimize the Integrated Project Master Schedule (IPMS), and conduct schedule risk analysis, scenario planning, and recovery planning, ensuring alignment with system integration and operational readiness, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience working on large & complex Turnkey projects
  • Building the project schedule for the Turnkey Project using internal standard Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), contractual targets, and data provided by all stakeholders.
  • Preparing and managing detailed schedules for Trackworks, Turnouts, Third Rail, Power, Signalling, PSD, SCADA, Telecoms, System Migration, Integrations and Testing & Commissioning.
  • Developing, maintaining, and optimizing the Integrated Project Master Schedule (IPMS) across all subsystems.
  • Must have a delivery mindset to ensure coherent implementation of the planning across all project phases: Design, Engineering, Procurement, Installation, Construction, Testing, Commissioning, Integrations, Verification & Validation, Safety assurance, etc.
  • Conducting schedule risk analysis, scenario planning, what-if simulations, and recovery planning.
  • Ensuring alignment with system integration, milestone interfaces, and operational readiness.
  • Tracking and monitoring the implementation of the planning and driving the monthly landing KPI with a clear link to the required activities for execution.
  • Performing extension of time analysis and forensic planning.
  • Managing claim-related activities and providing robust claim management support.
  • Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary project teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project planning methodologies and tools.

Experience in working with Civil Works Joint Venture groups, Project Management Consultants (PMC), the Engineer and the Client showing collaborative understanding for various Stakeholder Management concepts.

  • Strong communication skills to liaise with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in conducting schedule risk analysis, scenario planning, and recovery planning.
  • Ability to manage and optimize complex schedules with a focus on system integration and milestone tracking.
  • Analytical mindset for forensic planning and claim management.
  • Resilience and adaptability to work under pressure in a dynamic project environment.
  • A continuous learning mindset to stay updated on best practices and innovations in project and bid management.
