Job summary

Air Products in Saudi Arabia seeks a Lead Planner TAR to coordinate planning, scheduling, and execution of turnarounds and brownfield projects across assets such as SATORP, SASREF and JIGH. You will drive safety, cost control, and schedule adherence while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 8-12 years in industrial gases/oil & gas, strong proficiency in Primavera or MS Project, and experience with SAP ERP.

Qualifications

• Engineering or other technical graduate degrees (Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical).
• 8-12 years’ experience in industrial gases, oil and gas, and/or petrochemical industry.
• ERP (SAP) project development and implementation experience is preferred.
• Proven track record in the chemical, oil and gas, or petrochemical industry in project execution.
• Must be self-starter and have turnaround /brownfield project management experience to work independently and coordinate efforts among support and leadership resources.

Responsibilities

• Oversee TAR planning and execution across multiple turnarounds and projects.
• Develop detailed work scopes, schedules, and resource plans for turnaround activities.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Inspection, and Contractors.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance throughout project lifecycles.
• Provide leadership and accountability for TAR delivery within budget and schedule.
