Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Performance Expert to monitor and analyze operational performance across transportation services in Saudi Arabia. You will support performance frameworks, measure KPIs, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.

You will work with operators, contractors, and stakeholders to verify data accuracy and provide actionable insights that boost efficiency, reliability, and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, transportation, operations management, business analytics, statistics, information systems or a related discipline.
• Professional certifications in Performance Management, Data Analytics, BI, or Project Management are advantageous.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in performance management, operations analysis, or service performance monitoring.
• Experience in transportation sectors (rail, public transit, mobility) or large infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Strong KPI management, performance reporting, and operational analytics experience.
• Experience in client-side, consultancy, operator, or transportation authority environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operational performance against KPIs, service levels and contractual obligations.
• Collect, validate, and analyze performance data from operators and service providers.
• Track performance trends and deviations from targets.
