Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in performance monitoring, analytics or reporting roles.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor contractor performance against defined KPIs, SLAs and CPS requirements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for performance tracking.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas of improvement.
• Support preparation of periodic performance reports for client and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to validate performance data.
• Track corrective actions and follow up on performance improvement initiatives.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of performance data.
