The WSP Middle East seeking to recruit an are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Permit Reviewer experienced with the Balady Platform. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in reviewing, assessing, and processing permit applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and requirements. The role requires a deep understanding of the Balady system and municipal permitting processes, with strong attention to detail and communication skills

Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate permit applications submitted through the Balady Platform, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations and local codes.
  • Provide feedback to applicants, identify missing or insufficient documentation, and guide them through required modifications.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments, such as planning, zoning, and public safety, to assess the suitability and compliance of permit requests.
  • Maintain records of applications and decisions, ensuring all information is accurately documented in compliance with local regulations.
  • Stay updated on changes to municipal codes, regulations, and procedures related to permitting.
  • Conduct follow-ups as necessary to ensure all conditions of permits are met and documented.
Qualifications
