Job summary

BEC Arabia is seeking a meticulous and organized Time Keeper to join our Human Resources team in Riyadh. This role ensures accurate time tracking and attendance management for our diverse workforce on large-scale construction projects, while maintaining compliance with Saudi Labour Law and supporting smooth operations.

You will collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and HR to monitor attendance, manage shifts, and generate detailed reports to assist payroll and project planning.

Qualifications

• Timekeeping and attendance management experience in construction/engineering
• Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and compliance
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office
• Bilingual English/Arabic communication skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily attendance and time records for site-based and office-based employees.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law on working hours, overtime, and leave.
• Maintain accurate attendance records, absences, and tardiness.
• Coordinate with site supervisors to verify attendance data and resolve discrepancies.
• Generate time and attendance reports for payroll and management review.
• Assist in preparing shift schedules and ensure proper coverage.
• Verify and process overtime requests per policy.
• Support HR and project teams in workforce allocation and productivity tracking.
• Communicate attendance policies to employees; report irregularities to HR.
• Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate salary disbursements.
