Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Certification in Quality Control or Quality Assurance.
• At least 2 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance.
• Proficiency with common computer applications and software.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality and compliance of textbooks with established standards and required quality criteria.
• Monitor and follow up on textbook review processes.
• Develop product testing plans and methodologies to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain and archive all textbook-related documents and records.
• Receive, review, and analyze feedback and comments on textbooks.
• Provide effective support and solutions to facilitate timely delivery in accordance with required quality standards.
• Recommend and implement initiatives to enhance product quality.
• Identify product issues and errors, analyze their root causes, and propose appropriate solutions.
• Prepare technical and periodic reports on work progress, achievements, issues, and challenges.
• Provide support to technical and administrative teams.
